What’s new and what’s next
Hello again, everyone,
I hope you’ve been doing well since our first instalment and welcome to this update. Our work with the AI Enabler and OneAnnata Agents is moving full steam ahead, and I’m excited to share some key milestones with you.
I recently had the opportunity to visit our team in Malaysia, where we aligned on priorities and mapped out our next steps. The energy and ideas coming out of those sessions were inspiring. More on that in the next update.
OneAnnata Agents gearing up for rollout
Our OneAnnata Agents are currently in preview with a group of around 30 colleagues across Annata who are testing the OneAnnata Agents. These agents are now fully embedded within M365 Copilot chat, enabling users to effortlessly @mention agents as part of their ongoing conversations. It’s designed to be seamless, and early feedback shows it’s working.
Right now, we’re incorporating that feedback, addressing a few bugs, and adding new features. Our goal is to roll out OneAnnata Agents to the broader Annata team within the next month.

I’m also looking forward to attending and presenting at NADITA 2025 later this month. It is a valuable opportunity to engage with industry leaders, exchange insights, and explore the innovations shaping our future. Events like this remind us how far we have come and the exciting journey ahead.
AI Enabler in action
Let’s talk about what I’ll be showcasing at the webinar and at NADITA
In our previous post, I shared our vision of a future where AI agents are part of everyday business operations. That vision is becoming a reality.
With the actions we’re building through our AI Enabler, we can now streamline complex processes like warranty claims, making them faster, more accurate, and less dependent on manual work.
One challenge many technicians face today when working on vehicles or equipment is ensuring their work is accurately recorded in the system of record. During our session, we’ll show how agents can help capture notes using voice, in any language, and collaborate with technicians to improve both the completeness and accuracy of those notes before they’re submitted.
Once those notes are updated, the agent can assess the work that was carried out and determine whether any part of it may be eligible for warranty. From there, the work can be automatically split based on that assessment.
AI-powered claims: Faster, smarter, more accurate
Next, agents can research the potential success of making a claim based on previous cases, warranty coverage and issue described, providing a forecast percentage of approval whilst also starting to prepare the claim itself.
Once a warranty claim is drafted, the agents can notify a human to review offering guidance and help along the way. From providing streamlined access to associated data such as device service and claim history, to suggested improvements to bolster the claim and reasoning behind any decisions or assumptions it has already made in the preparation of the claim.
What’s impactful about this process is the seamless interaction between agents and humans, significantly reducing the timeline and enhancing accuracy. Imagine the time saved per claim and the increase in the success rate. These improvements translate into tangible productivity gains and cost savings.

I’m really looking forward to demoing these features live at both NADITA and our upcoming webinar. You’ll get a firsthand look at how these agents work seamlessly with our A365 platform to make the warranty claim process smoother and more efficient.
This demo will showcase the real-world impact of our AI Enabler and why it’s a game-changer for operational efficiency.
Join us on April 23 for the webinar. And if you’re attending NADITA 2025, come say hi. I’d love to connect and talk more about how these innovations can empower your business.
Thanks for being part of this journey. Let’s keep pushing boundaries and powering possibilities together.
See you soon,
Dave
