Effectively search for available rental asset based on rental item categories along with a display of their accompanying prices and linked items.

Quick and easy drag-drop calendar to graphically view all the reservations against the rental devices according to filter and group them by criteria in the header such as location, rental asset group, class, and model.

Rental orders support renting of both individual equipment and creation of bundles for items to be rented together. Users can link multiple accessories to the rental asset and determine whether they are mandatory, optional, or non-chargeable during contract creation.

Bill the customers effectively by period (Monthly/weekly/Daily) or by usage (Km/Hr) or even by the combination of both. There is great flexibility for users to charge customers based on different rate brackets such as 1-day/2-day/1-week/monthly/yearly rate depending upon the rental period.

When the rental item is delivered directly from a third party to the customer, a purchase agreement can be generated to invoice suppliers in accordance with the invoices generated to customers.

Annata supports a variety of options for periodic invoicing. For instance, users can choose to be invoiced monthly using the weekly rate. The system processes multiple invoices quickly and pushes the postings directly into your sales or purchase ledger.

Manage all your data in one place from rental confirmation, delivery and all the way through collection process and customer returns. The system accurately tracks both the return of faulty items and the delivery of replacements, making it easy to manage returns.

Any number of rental items or services can be added to the annata365 Rental order, even after the order has been activated.  Delivery and/or collection charges are calculated and added when the order is delivered directly to customer.

Easily request for inspection and repairs when a device is damaged or lost. In the event of an irreparable damage or a lost device, the rental solution can arrange for the device to be sold to the customer.

Users are given the ability to define different rental inspection checklists prior to dispatch, as well as inspections upon return. Faults and observations identified during the inspections can be easily converted to service orders and rectified immediately. The system prevents rental asset under inspection/servicing to be rented out by allowing reservation only at this stage.

Easily transfer rental assets or stocks between rental locations

Multiple service schedules can be created based on both usage (distance travelled) and a fixed time frame. The recurrence of the service schedule can be set according to each customer’s requirements. The system automatically notifies the user during each service due date which reduces downtime due to unexpected breakdowns.
