It’s been a packed few weeks for the Prototype Lab. From being part of the launch of DriveAI to delivering artificial intelligence strategy sessions with customers, we’ve been busy turning ideas into impact. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to, and what’s coming next.
DriveAI
On October 1st, at the Annata Briefing, we announced our new DriveAI program, marking a major milestone in our journey to bring AI-powered automation to every A365 customer.
DriveAI is Annata’s membership program designed to help businesses in the automotive, trucks & buses, and equipment sectors adopt artificial intelligence and automation with confidence.

Volvo CE: AI in action across the dealership network
At the end of September, I had the opportunity to join the Volvo CE NOAM Dealership Council in Pennsylvania to deliver a series of Art of the Possible sessions on AI across the dealership network.
We explored how AI agents can streamline service workflows, optimize uptime, and enhance customer experience, using real-world scenarios built around Volvo’s dealerships and their field service operations.
The response was fantastic. It’s clear that AI isn’t just a future concept. It’s already a present-day differentiator. These sessions sparked new ideas and opened the door to deeper collaboration with Volvo CE and their dealer network.
Webinar recap: Multi-agent collaboration & MCP
On September 23rd, we hosted our third live webinar, diving into multi-agent orchestration and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
We demonstrated how agents can share context, coordinate actions, and solve problems as a team, unlocking outcomes that go beyond what individual agents can achieve.
The session featured live demos, real-world use cases, and a look at how autonomous agents are reshaping what’s possible with A365.

Other highlights
That’s not all. Over the past month, the team has been busy with several other initiatives, including continued work on our internal OneAnnata Agents. Engagement continues to grow, sparking new ideas and helping us streamline manual efforts in several areas, and we’re only just getting started.
We’ve also been refining our internal processes, improving how we manage agent releases, track usage, and prioritize feedback.

Looking ahead
As we move into Q4, we’re focused on:
- Expanding the DriveAI member experience with new content and onboarding flows
- Preparing for Microsoft Ignite, our next webinar, and other key events
- Continuing to evolve our agent catalogue and AI Consulting offerings
It’s hard to believe it’s almost been a year since the team was formed. I’m looking forward to getting out to Malaysia next month to celebrate that milestone in person.
