Building AI Agents: Chaining Actions & Business Logic in AI Enabler

In this video, watch how to chain multiple A365 AI Enabler actions together to build an agent capable of handling complex, multi-step business logic.

Watch as we demonstrate how to chain together multiple actions using the AI Enabler to create an agent that can handle complex business logic. See a live example of an agent finding customer devices, checking for service orders, locating parts in a nearby warehouse, and even creating a transfer order, all in a single, natural conversation.

This is Part 3 of the Copilot Studio AI agent series.

Why chaining matters for service and parts operations:
A single-action AI agent can look something up. A chained agent can act. In a service and parts context, that difference is significant: finding a customer device is a data retrieval step. Checking whether it has an open service order, locating the required part in a nearby warehouse, and creating a transfer order to move it, that is a business workflow. Chained AI Enabler actions make that workflow available in a single conversation, without switching between A365 modules or waiting for a manual handoff.
