Headquartered in a small village called Vieremä, Finland, Ponsse is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of cut-to-length forest machines. The company was founded in 1970 by forest machine entrepreneur Einari Vidgrén, and it has been a forerunner in cut-to-length logging throughout its history. Today Ponsse has customers across the Nordics, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Americas as well as about 30 dealers globally.

Møller Mobility Group (MMG) is the leading car group in the Nordic and Baltic countries and have established themselves as one of the largest car companies in northern Europe. Speedy Hire Plc is the UK’s largest hire provider, with the widest range of tools, plant, and specialist equipment. It serves more than 46,000 businesses with safe, reliable hire equipment and services to enable the successful delivery of customer projects. Speedy was running on an older system which was nearing end-of-life. To continue to meet and improve its customer promise – and to meet its growth objectives – it needed a modern system.
Renault on demand
In 2020, the Renault Group launched a start-up, Renault On Demand, with RCI Serviços to roll out a new car subscription service aimed specifically at the Brazilian market. Brimborg
Headquartered in Reykjavik since 1964, Brimborg expanded steadily and grew to be the automotive leader in Iceland, distributing cars, busses, trucks, and construction equipment. However, In the early 2000’s, Brimborg noticed that their present systems and infrastructure were restraining the business from future growth. The company had been running their business through outdated systems that worked in silo and operated in its own ‘bubbles’. One system was purely for its workshops, the other system for vehicle and equipment sales and a completely different system for its finance module.
Power Farming
Power Farming Holdings Limited (PFG) is a fully independent and privately-owned group of companies who have a three-generation history of serving the New Zealand and Australian tractor and machinery markets. Power Farming used three main software systems within the group. The one of most concern, was an automotive industry software created that was a highly customized and antiquated green screen wholesale and distribution system which handled the wholesale business for the group. Power Farming found issues with organisational silo’s, integration problems and limitations in the ability to analyse and report on the data within the system.
Saracakis
Known for having leading presence in the Greek business ecosystem for over a century, the Saracakis Group of Companies are exclusive distributors of a very broad range of automotive and machinery products of world-renowned brands. When the financial crisis had begun to sweep Greece in 2008, Saracakis suffered a loss in sales and decided to launch an IT upgrade with Annata and Microsoft to integrate its diverse operations, reduce costs and restructure its systems architecture to overcome the economic downturn.
