BARNEVELD/ REYKJAVIK— Annata, a Microsoft Global Independent Software Vendor building industry-specific solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform, and Fellowmind, a Microsoft partner operating across six European countries, have announced a strategic partnership to help automotive, machinery, and equipment businesses manage complex commercial and operational processes. Together, the companies will focus on helping organizations organize complex commercial and operational processes.
The two companies have worked closely in the Nordic region for several years. Formalising this collaboration across the full European business area gives Fellowmind access to Annata’s industry-specific platform for automotive, machinery, and medical device customers. Annata gains a partner with 32 locations across six European countries.
Fellowmind has already successfully implemented Annata 365 for several of its clients, including Danish Agro’s Agribusiness Machinery Division – An international agribusiness unit within Danish Agro Group with activities in 16 countries. Using Annata’s industry platform Annata 365 enables the company to handle the complexity of the device value chain; selling, servicing, and offering spare parts while managing the entire lifecycle of their customers’ agricultural machinery. As a result, Danish Agro is improving customer service through greater process automation and has the operational flexibility to expand and pursue new business opportunities.
