Annata has appointed Rob Williams as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 June 2026. Rob joins Annata from JATO Dynamics, the global automotive data SaaS business, where he served as CFO for four years.
Rob brings deep finance experience across SaaS, data, and technology businesses, with a track record of leading companies through significant change. At JATO, he played a central role in steering the business through exactly that. The fit runs both ways. Annata is the kind of business he knows how to grow, and he brings the discipline its next phase calls for. A365 is built for defined industries, delivered as SaaS, and increasingly shaped by automation and AI.
At JATO, a SaaS business with £90 million in revenue, 90% of it recurring, he led the finance function, focused on revenue quality, pricing, and cash flow. Before that, CFO at Ovarro, the FFL Partners-backed industrial technology SaaS business. He has led international finance teams across multiple markets and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA).
He is known as a pragmatic, relationship-led finance leader, the kind who builds trust across a business rather than directing it from a distance.
